Along with the ready out of stock items they also take orders of exclusive designs, which takes 15 days lead-time for manufacturing. They also give customers advice through email about styling their houses. The manufacturing and designing unit are based in Kolkata, India where the team of designers give consultancy to the customers and help them choose the right product according to the latest trends. The label has catered to the elite rich of all the big cities of India like Mumbai, Chennai, Dehli, Hyderabad and international clients.
