Dit seizoen werd het merk met name geïnspireerd door films van Wes Anderson, van onder andere: The Darjeeling Limited en A life Aquatic. Bekijk de trailer van The Darjeeling Limited om een beetje in de sfeer te komen:Klik hier! Ik denk dat ik gisteren een van de mannen van deze trailer (degene met het ligt roze korte broekje/boxer) over de catwalk zag lopen!This season the brand got inspired by movies from Wes Anderson, who made movies like; The Darjeeling Limited and A life Aquatic. ‘Versleten Luxe”, afgedragen door gebruik en reizen komt pas de ware authenticiteit en persoonlijkheid van het kledingstuk naar boven. Dit zag je vooral terug door het gebruik van vale denim, met hier en daar wat slijtage plekken en grote vintage safari koffers.‘Worn out Luxury”, worn out by using and travelling the true authenticity and personality of the clothes will come out. There were lots of bleached denim, with wastage and large vintage safari suitcases.

Voor de Avelon-lijn had Erik Frenken veel aandacht besteed aan het benenstelsel en niet met de gebruikelijke denim, maar met panty’s en leggings die met hun asymmestrie en met kleurvlakken een ware eye-catcher vormden.For the Avelon-line Erik Frenken had paid lots of attentions to the legwork and not only with the usual denim. But with stockings and leggings which were, with their asymmetrical and colour pallet, a real eye-catcher.
