Zondagmiddag 26 juli presenteerde Ontfront zijn vierde collectie. De show wordt geopend met live gezang van Dewi Pechler die op een eenhoorn ten tonele verschijnt. Een enorm groot zwart gevleugelde eenhoorn wordt voortgeduwd over de catwalk, draaide weer om en verdwijnt net zo spectaculair als ze op kwam.Sundayafternoon the 26th of July. Ontfront presented its fourth collection. The show opens with live singing of Dewi Pechler who enters the stage on an unicorn. A huge unicorn with big black wings is walking the catwalk back and forward and dissapears just as spectaculair as it entered.

Vervolgens begint de show en komt de ene na de andere creatie de catwalk op. De collectie is duidelijk geïnspireerd op de Middeleeuwen en is ruig, stoer maar tegelijkertijd ook adellijk en zeer zeker vernieuwend. De collectie bestaat uit blazers, pantalons, overhemden, jeans, vesten, t-shirts en zomerjassen en is uitgevoerd in luxueuze Italiaanse stoffen met kalfslederen details.The show starts, and one creation after another comes down the catwalk. The collection is obviously inspired by the middle ages. It’s rough, tough but in the same time also noble and surely renewing. The collection consists: blazers, trousers, shirts, jeans, waistcoats, t-shirts and summercoats and are executed in luxurious Italian fabrics with  calfleather details.

Ontfront is in 2007 in het leven geroepen door Liza Koifman (head designer) en Thomas Overtoom (creative director). Ze willen onderscheidend zijn van de rest door hun collectie een rebelse inslag te geven en daarmee voegen ze met hun collectie net iets meer toe aan de hedendaagse herenmode. Met het gebruik van off-white, cognac, zilver, lichtgrijs en rode details vind ik het een geslaagde collectie.Ontfront is brought into life in 2007 by Liza Koifman (headdesigner) and Thomas Overtoom (creative director). They want to differentiate themselves by giving their collection some sort of a ‘rebel look’ and with that, they bring just that something little extra into the today’s male fashion industry. With the use of cognac, off-white, silver, lightgrey and red details, I think its a well succeeded collection.
