The diffusion line, which has already been worn by SJP herself as well as Chloe Sevigny, starts at $195 for a metallic evening clutch and climbs to $895 for a floor-length gown. Like the main Halston collection, the designs by SJP are inspired by the fashion house’s archives and the Studio 54 crowd of the late ’70s and early ’80s, with a modern twist. This translates to stretch jersey halterneck jumpsuits, heavily draped one-shoulder stretch-jersey caftans, double-layer silk maxi dresses, sequined vests and very disco-worthy little frocks. While the line, which includes totes and other bags, is now available on Net-A-Porter, fans will also be able to see many of the styles worn to perfection in the “Sex and the City 2″ movie, out May 28. De collectie, waaronder ook tassen, is te bestellen via Net-A-Porter. Fans zullen vele van deze stukken terug zien in “Sex and the City 2″ film die in mei in uit zal komen.
