If you’ve seen Katy Perry’s video for “California Gurls,” you know the singer loves to keep things short and sweet. And this weekend, Perry brought her ultra-girly look to the MTV World Stage 2010 in Malaysia, rocking a white sequined leotard and belted tutu with a high ponytail in front of giant cupcakes, lollipops, and a huge ice cream sundae.

PopEater reports that the 25-year-old future Mrs. Russell Brand debuted her new single, “Peacock,” at the show.
