Our street style in South Africa is very different to most countries as we have a huge mixture of races, cultures and different styles. There are a vast amount of people who follow trends, but most of them tend to make their own and because we are a season behind meaning its winter here right now when everyone else is in summer, we tend to rock trends in different seasons.
For example the” it” garment for summer while everyone else is wearing with bare legs and sandals we can wear it with tights and jackets.

Shoppingnight Lilyscloset

On Wednesday Lilyscloset organized a shoppingnight in cooperation with Depster, a luxury handbag brand. We noticed a very relaxing atmosphere and took a look at the whole collection. Lily’s collection exists of (black) dresses, jumpsuits, shoes and accessories. You can find all items in every color and sizes. Mariana and I bought a jumpsuit, and it fit’s perfectly!

In the studio of Margriet Deppe, the owner of Depster, you can find a big assortment of handbags, clutches and accessories. The trendy luxury handbags are from real leather, handmade by Depster Design. Depster is unique because you can compose your own handbag. The bags are also available in different styles, sizes and colors.

Aaiko is coming with a summer collection that never been so divers as this one. Designer Pauline Brakenhoff is coming with three very strong themes with a lot of army-green and khaki with contrasted bright colours and graphic lines.
