Afgelopen week op 28 januari toonde Mada van Gaans tijdens de twaalfde editie van de AIFW haar herfst/winter 2010 collectie. Last week on January 28th during the twelfth edition of AIFW Mada van Gaans exposed her fall/winter 2010 collection.

Haar nieuwe collectie vertoonde in het begin een kleine vergelijking met haar vorige collectie die geinspireerd was op slangen.
Maar niets was minder waar. Het was een succesvol vervolg dat aansloot op haar vorige collectie.
Dit keer was Mada geinspireerd door “the serpent goddess” oftewel de slangen godin uit Griekenland. Her new collection showed in the beginning a little equation from her previous collection that was inspired by snakes.
But nothing seemed what it looked like.
It was a successful collection that looked like a good follow-tailed from her previous collection.
This time “The serpent goddess”, also known as the snake goddess of Greece, inspired Mada for this collection.

Zo kwam er een “nude” kleurige  jurk voorbij die geinspireerd is op de afgeworpen huid van een slang, een blousejurk die direct haar mytische insiratiebron weerspiegelden, en
een compleet mantelpakje in warme aarde tinten die gelijk bij dit thema aansloot.

Daarnaast zat er in deze collectie van Mada van Gaans ook vrij veel zwart,en een opvallende knal roze outfit.
Ook kwam er een onwijs chique bordeaux rode lange jurk van chiffon langs
die een sophisticated look weergaf vanwege de zwierige en stijlvol gepofde vormen, net als meerdere stukken uit de collectie die ook deze elegante stijl bevatten.

Veel Accesoires werden er bij deze collectie niet aan toegevoegd.
Wat wel meerdere keren terug kwam was een haar decoratie dat uit kleine kraaltjes in warme kleuren en kleine stukjes bont bestond.

De schoenen van Mada van Gaans waren duidelijk te groot of te hoog voor de modellen wat soms erg de aandacht afleiden van de collectie, omdat bijna geen van de modellen er normaal op kon lopen.

Desalniettemin was het een krachtige show met veel goed commentaar op de collectie.
Mada heeft haar eigen stijl goed neergezet door klassiek en elegant te blijven, en door er toch een beetje mystiek aan toe te voegen om het spannend te houden.

On the catwalk came by a “nude” colored dress that was inspired by the shed skin of a snake.
A shirtdress that directly reflects its mythic inspiration source, and a complete suit colored with warm earth nuances that immediately correspond with the theme.

Besides that there was a lot of black in this new collection of Mada van Gaans, and a striking pink outfit.
Also was there extremely chic and beautiful burgundy dress made out of chiffon that rendered a sophisticated look by the stylish and puffy swelled shaped, just like more pieces out of her collection that contained this elegant style.

This collection was poor with accessories.
What did come back several times was a hairpiece that existed out of little beads in warm colors and tiny pieces of fur.

The shoe’s from the collection where obvious too big or way too high for the models, which sometimes was distracting the audience from the collection, because most of the models weren’t able to walk normal on them.

Nevertheless it was a powerful show with a lot of good comments on the collection.
Mada kept her own style by staying classic and elegant, and by adding a little bit of mystic it made the show exiting to watch.
