Gelegen aan de Zaagmolenkade 43 in Rotterdam is SHOWROOM41 een van de nieuwe initiatieven die dit “oude” nieuwe winkelgebied in het Zwaanshals weer sprankelend gaat maken. SHOWROOM41 is de plek waar je in een creatieve sfeer niet alleen kunt shoppen voor dat unieke vintage design item of de “one piece only” ontwerpen van L.I.O.N.E., maar voor wie dat wil, ook je geest kunt verrijken met de achtergrond informatie die bij alle artikelen wordt verteld. Het is een prikkelende wereld van schoonheid en vormgeving die tot de verbeelding spreekt en waar je tevens je haar kunt laten knippen en kleuren door Ed Tijsen.
De etalage van SHOWROOM41 is een permanente kunst installatie die met zijn wekelijks wisselende opstelling het publiek zal verrassen,verblijden en inspireren. SHOWROOM41 is where you, in a creative atmosphere, not only can shop for that unique vintage designer item or the “one piece only ” design by L.I.O.N.E, but if you wish you can enrich your mind with background information on all articles. It is an exciting world of beauty and design that appeals to the imagination and where you can also let your hair cut and colour by Ed Tijsen. The window of SHOWROOM41 is a permanent art installation that changes weekly what will surprise, delight and inspire the public.

Alle SHOWROOM41 artikelen worden ten toon gesteld en te koop aangeboden in een enorme verrijdbare kast, opgebouwd uit oude kastjes, die de “winkel” op zich is. Hierin hangen, liggen en staan de L.I.O.N.E. ontwerpen gecombineerd met alle vintage design kleding, gebruiksartikelen, gimmicks en accessoires als; vintage zonnenbrillen, schoenen, tassen, shawls, handschoenen en sieraden. Maandelijks wordt er een nieuw aanbod geselecteerd zodat er steeds weer iets nieuws te bewonderen is.
Het concept van de verrijdbare kast verschaft SHOWROOM41 de vrijheid om de muren te gebruiken voor de drie maandelijks wisselende exposities met diverse kunstenaars. Eerste in rij is Vittorio Roerade. All SHOWROOM41 items are on display and for sale set in a huge mobile cabinet, made from old cupboard, wich is the “shop” in itself. In this mobile cabinet we expose the L.I.O.N.E. designs combined with all vintage designer clothes, consumer goods, and accessories, gimmicks, vintage sunglasses, shoes, bags, scarves, gloves and jewelry. Monthly a new offer selected so there is always something new to admire.
The concept of the mobile unit provides SHOWROOM41 the freedom to use the walls for the three monthly changing exhibitions by various artists. First in row is Vittorio Roerade.

In de haar en make-up salon van Ed Tijsen, die ook deel uitmaakt van de winkel, worden de haarproducten van UNITE Eurotherapy en de make-up en huidverzorgingsproducten van FACE STOCKHOLM te koop aangeboden. In de week-ends zullen er make-up en haarstyling cursussen en workshops georganiseerd gaan worden. The hair and make-up salon of Ed Tijsen is in the same room, which is also part of the store, where we offer the fantastic hair products of UNITE Eurotherapy and the make-up and skincare products of FACE STOCKHOLM for sale.
