The brand is ‘in tune’ with the latest trends of street audio, art and fashion. The founders were inspired by the graffiti crew from The Hague when they started with Rocking Residence (RocRes), the crew ‘knock prowl around the district’ of The Hague in the nineties with their amazing street art.
This inspiration they used as ‘spark’ for their first series of headphones and in-ears. Rocking Residence is an initiative of Sweex and is established by Regina Romeijn and Reneé Vervoorn, who are putting a rough & authentic brand on to the market.

The ancient Tarot card game, which originated in the fifteenth century, is revived. In New York there is currently an exhibition on this card game. 78 artists have participated in this exhibition. Among the artists are fashion designers including Marc Jacobs, Karl Lagerfeld, Christian Louboutin and Vivienne Westwood, but also a photographer Terry Richardson. Each artist designed his own Tarot card. This resulted in a collection of original maps.
For example to take Christian Louboutin. He designed a Nine of Cups-card, which stands for self-indulgence and power. Those themes, he expressed to image a naked woman smoking and drinking and playing with her high heels.
