It looks like 2010 is shaping up to be a big year for Anthropologie.

After announcing the launch of a wedding and bridesmaids dress line designed by the Anthropologie team earlier this month, the chic shop is going global with an international version of its Website, anthropologie.eu.

The new site has a different design than its U.S. counterpart and will service the U.K. and European markets and sell items in various currencies.

To expand upon the new global roll-out, the 18-year-old company also opened a second shop in London, this one on King’s Road in the Chelsea district (the other is on Regent Street).

John Galliano, Creative director of Dior, designs a Christmas tree for London’s Claridges “Luxury” Hotel. The Christmas tree will be unveiled in the Hotel foyer on December 1st.

The tree will feature sparkling leaves, orchids in silver, white and blue, as well as crystal, giving the impression of the three being frozen.

Galliano’s quote:

“It’s a perfect start for the season!”. “The spirit of Dior and the beauty of Claridges”.

During the start of the season there will be all sorts of events with a lot of entertainment. We’re all excited to see Galliano’s real creativity on its Christmas tree.
