Last night, Vogue and the city of New York threw another Fashion’s Night Out rager that brought the crowds out in droves. Even with a little less hype than last year (remember the world’s biggest public fashion show?), the store events and designer soirees didn’t disappoint. Whether we were in the meatpacking district watching fire breathers near DVF, at Opening Ceremony ogling Miss Piggy and playing carnival games, or kicking it uptown with Michael Kors and the Rockettes.

“Are you in an Empire state of mind?”

Well so is Geox, which is launching a limited-edition line of heels inspired by the Empire State Building for Spring/Summer 2010.

Available in April at the brand’s 34th Street store in NYC, the collection features sky-scraping five-inch heels modeled after the legendary New York City landmark, in your choice of gold or silver.

To top it off, the heels boast rhinestone appliqués to mimic the building’s windows.

The rubber-soled collection is available in a leopard-print peep-toe style, or black or purple sequined pump.
