Christian Louboutin is going to accuse Yves Saint Laurent because this fashion label copy the red soles just like the shoes of Louboutin. YSL is accused for € 690.000.

It’s about four different models from YSL, namely the Tribute, Tribtoo, Palais and Woodstock. The worldknown shoedesigner decided to put red soles under his shoes. Since that moment it is his trademark. During the years there were a lot of knock-offs of the shoes, but never a fashion label did the same.

We think that this is going to be continued…

Yves Saint Laurent has ditched monochrome nails in favor of a different polish-painting technique: the modern French manicure.

As part of its Fall 2010 make-up collection, the Yves Saint Laurent Manicure Couture line features four miniature nail polish duos in some of the most striking colour combinations. The premise behind the collection is to wear these high-shine shades in the traditional French manicure-tipped style. Yet you can forget about fiddly stickers or gloopy gloss pens. To help make this look much more practical (and achievable) each polish features a uniquely designed fan-shaped brush that glides the colour across the nail for a crisp, contoured finish.
